Bon Appetit is the dining service provider at Willamette University serving meals that are prepared from scratch using fresh ingredients. We are open to the public as well as students and staff and have an "all-you-care-to-eat" model designed for in-person dining.

Dinner hours will be served at Goudy Commons from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 13 and Sunday, Feb. 14.

Thomas' hands-on experience in the food industry began when he was 14 years old. He worked as a local dishwasher at a pizza parlor, until he was promoted to a pizza maker. He began his management career in California.
