Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and chorizo; cook and stir until crumbly and beginning to brown, about 5 minutes. Stir in onion, celery, and jalapeno; continue to cook and stir until meat is browned and onion is translucent, about 5 minutes more. Once the chili is done, give it a taste and adjust the seasoning, if necessary. Serve the chili with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Cooking the meat: Remove the casings from the chorizo sausage, and begin cooking both sausage and the ground turkey, until they are not longer pink. Then transfer the meat using a slotted spoon to a plate and set aside. Then add the onions, and sauté for about 4 minutes, then add garlic, and coloured pepper, and sauté for about 1 minute.
