At Weatherbury Farm we grow our own seed, we plant it, we nurture it, we harvest it and we grind it into wholesome local organic flour for you. We grind the flour slowly and at a low temperature in our stone mill. Thus, the natural proportions and quality of the grain's vitamins, minerals, oils and fiber are preserved in our whole grain.
