German chocolate cake. Paleo German chocolate cake…and since it's #nationalchocolatecake day, what better time to finally share this recipe!! I made it last year for my birthday and frankly ate the entire cake (over the period of several days…don't judge) since no one else really likes it here at our home. I know, crazy right!!

Preheat the oven to 350º F. position your rack in the middle of the oven. Using coconut oil (or butter) grease the bundt pan well, set aside. I used an 8″ bundt pan. In a large mixing bowl add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, salt, coconut sugar and cocoa powder and whisk together until well incorporated.
