Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix graham crackers, sweetened condensed milk, and semi-sweet chocolate chips together by hand until crumbs are moistened. Spoon into rounded tablespoon sized balls and roll each ball in coconut. Flatten each ball a little bit on the baking sheet. Bake for 11 minutes.

Directions. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add the sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir frequently while the butter melts, and bring the syrup to a rolling boil. Once you have a solid, rolling boil set a timer and boil the syrup for 1 minute. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Instructions. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler until glossy stirring often or melt in 30 second increments in the microwave stirring between rounds until smooth and glossy. Line a tray with parchment paper. Use a fork to completely dip the graham cracker into the melted chocolate until covered.
