About Lita Squash: In September of 2013, we found this lita squash, a variety of summer squash, at a local farm store. This was our first experience with this variety of squash, so it sparked our interest and we decided to do some culinary experimenting. Lita squash are similar to zucchini, except for the fact that they are sweeter.
