Scale. 1 - 1½ teaspoons matcha powder (plus extra for dusting) ¾ cup milk (I use coconut, but any milk works) 1 - 2 heaping teaspoons honey. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 - 3 large scoops vanilla ice cream (depending on how thick you like it) whipped cream (optional) Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark.

This recipe works best using an immersion blender if making just one and a high-speed blender if making more than one. Whisk together the matcha powder and 3 tablespoons of milk or non-dairy milk to remove all clumps. Add to a blender. Add 3 scoops (1.5 cups) of ice cream to a blender, and blend until just incorporated.
