Time to share a story about Dunsworth. So, we have a really good family friend who does impressive amounts of exercise. One of the things he does quite regularly is kayaking and canoeing on the North West Arm. So, about thirty years ago he had just finished canoeing back from Terrence Bay and was walking by the Armdale Rotary on the way home.

In October 2017, our community suffered an enormous loss when legendary actor John Dunsworth passed away suddenly. John was a pillar of the Nova Scotia film & television industry. He was incredibly talented, kind and funny. John was a mentor to many, and he generously made time for others. Screen Nova Scotia created and screened this memorial.
