IMHO, it is going to be really difficult to get a horn loaded woofer in a bookshelf sized cabinet to go lower than ~200Hz. Maybe 150Hz if you are really folding that thing. If you are looking at quarter wave values, 150Hz wavelength is 90.4 inches, so quarter wavelength is 22.6 inches.
