Preheat the oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine the mango, red bell pepper, onions, jalapeno pepper, and lime juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow to marinate while the fish cooks. Season the cod with paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
