Prepare the fresh lemon juice by cutting the lemons in half and then squeezing them with a citrus juicer (affiliate link) to extract the juice. Muddle with a muddler or wooden spoon. Muddle for 30-60 seconds. Add in the cubed or crushed ice carefully. And if it's a cocktail version, add in vodka.
